Shipping Policies:
SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified when placing the order.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All merchandise leaves the warehouse in good condition. If any packages are delivered to you opened, tampered with, retaped or damaged, please notify us immediately and save all shipping cartons for UPS inspection. These steps must be taken to ensure credit for the damaged good.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized within 30 days of purchase. A Return Authorization number must be pre-issued and be clearly marked on the outside of each box being returned. All returned items must be in the original packaging. A Return Authorization number may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service (support@nighttimeescapes.com). No other returns will be accepted. All freight charges for refused or undeliverable orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Any non-defective items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from any credit due. Return Authorization numbers will expire 30 days after being issued. Any used merchandise returned will be discarded with no credit issued. There are NO RETURNS on special orders. All Special Order sales are FINAL.
REFUSED ORDERS: If Nighttime Escapes is at fault, your account will be fully credited or the order will be reshipped at our expense. On all other refused orders, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges (to/from). If you would like the order to be reshipped, the additional freight charges (to/from) will be added.
